You receive lifetime access to all current and future content within the same tier.

📄 BONUS DISCLAIMER

Bonus items, including but not limited to AI prompts, pre-trained ChatGPT instructions, third-party tool customizations, or downloadable extras, are not considered core components of the main program. They are provided as limited-time, value-added resources and may be subject to change or removal without prior notice.

Tawdheef.com does not control the availability or future support of any third-party services (such as ChatGPT, Notion, LinkedIn, etc.). Should these platforms restrict, modify, or revoke access to any feature, Tawdheef.com holds no liability for discontinued functionality.

Refunds will not be issued due to the expiration, removal, or third-party limitation of bonus tools. Bonuses are provided “as-is” and do not form the basis of the product guarantee.

💻 PLATFORM & PAYMENT DISCLOSURE

This product is hosted and delivered via Systeme.io, a secure third-party software platform that manages content delivery, automation, and email.

All payments are securely processed using Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your payment details are encrypted, and no financial data is stored on Tawdheef.com servers.

By purchasing, you agree to contact ahmed@tawdheef.com before initiating any chargebacks. Chargebacks without contact may result in permanent account ban and denied future access.

Violation leads to revoked access and possible legal action under UAE law.

📢 CONFIDENTIALITY

Client agrees not to share:

• Any internal content, tools, frameworks
  
• Third-party access to premium assets or courses

Tawdheef.com is not:

• A job placement agency
  
• A recruiter
  
• A guarantee for interviews or offers
  

Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and correct usage of the tools provided.

⚡ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You release Tawdheef.com and its team from:

• Any loss of opportunity
  
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Client agrees not to defame, slander, or misrepresent Tawdheef.com, its team, or community. Violations result in:

• Legal action
  
• Termination of access without refund
